The Helper application is very intriguing. To be honest, no application forms have been submitted for this ERA. As a result, the procedure is obviously different as we do have Helpers. What the actual procedure is, I cannot really tell. - Not because it's a sercret, but because I myself dont fully know the details behind it.

But the gist is to privately message Jean or Xerazx and request it.
